The Combined General Meeting of Air Liquide (Paris:AI) will be held in Paris Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 3 p.m., on first call, at the Palais des Congrès, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, France.
The General Assembly is held in accordance with the regulations relating to the health situation. As the conditions for holding and participating in this General Meeting may change depending on changes in the health situation and/or regulations, shareholders are invited to consult the section dedicated to the 2022 General Meeting on the Group’s website www. .airliquide.com regularly.
The prior notice of meeting was published today in the BALO – Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires. It includes the agenda for the Meeting, the draft resolutions that the Board of Directors intends to submit to the vote of shareholders, as well as the main procedures for participation, voting and exercise of shareholder rights.

The General Meeting will be an opportunity to present the Group’s strategy and its development prospects as well as the evolution of its governance. All shareholders are invited to vote either by attending the General Meeting personally or by proxy, or by vote by correspondence or in line. Air Liquide values the participation of each shareholder.
The notice of meeting will be published in the BALO on March 28, 2022. The convening documents (including the voting form) will be sent by post between April 11 and 15, 2022 to shareholders under legal and regulatory conditions, and made available on a dedicated site for those who opted for electronic invitation. The preparatory documents will also be made available to shareholders at Air Liquide Shareholder Services, 75 quai d’Orsay, 75007 Paris, France and published on the Group’s website. www.airliquide.comInvestors section, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Shareholders’ Meeting will be webcast live, in French with simultaneous translation into English, and a recorded version will be available on the Group’s website. It will also be available online for the hearing impaired.
